Request a Ballot to Vote By Mail:

1. Download and Fill Out Application.
2. Print.
3. Sign and Date Application.
4. Stamp and Mail to your county elections official by Tuesday, May 12, 2009.

Vote By Mail:

When you receive your ballot, take action and:

1. Vote. NO on 1A
2. Insert your ballot in the envelope.
3. Sign and Date envelope back as required.
4. Stamp and Mail. The last day to mail ballot is Friday, May 15, 2009.
5. After Friday, May 15, 2009, you can drop off your ballot at the polling place on Election Day.
